At Ciphers, we primarily provide custom software development and tailored technology services. Due to the personalized and service-specific nature of our work, all payments made to us are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds for Custom Services
Once an engagement is initiated and payment is received:
Resources, planning, and time are allocated immediately.
Custom software, integrations, or configurations begin based on your specific requirements.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any work already started, delivered, or scheduled.
3. Exception Handling (At Our Discretion)
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued — but only at our sole discretion.
Such cases are evaluated based on:
The stage of the project,
Work already delivered,
Costs incurred on our end,
Nature of the issue reported.
All such decisions by Ciphers are final and non-negotiable.
4. No Refunds for:
Change of mind or project cancellation from the client’s side
Delay or non-performance due to client-side bottlenecks or communication gaps
Unused service time or features after project handoff
Any third-party service fees or API/platform costs already paid by us on behalf of the client
