❓ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (like Razorpay or Cashfree, etc) using:

• UPI - Preferred

• Netbanking

• Debit/Credit Cards

• Bank transfers (on request)

All payments go to our registered business account.

❓ Do you store customer payment or banking data?

No. All transactions are handled securely via third-party RBI-approved payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking data on our servers.

❓ Is my data safe with Ciphers?

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices like HTTPS, access control, encrypted storage, and cloud backups. For sensitive use cases (e.g., financial services or KYC applications), we follow strict data protection practices.
