“Founder operating system” is our name for the connected layer around a company: its profile, applicable obligations, work in progress, responsible people, supporting documents, and completed records. It is not an operating system for a computer.
Startaflo is being explored so founders can see what applies to their business, understand what is required, follow execution without repeated chasing, and retrieve the final acknowledgement, certificate, or company record later.
The problem
Incorporation is only the beginning. Registrations, recurring compliance, changes to the company, contracts, approvals, and official records arrive at different times and often move across specialists, messages, spreadsheets, email, and folders.
Consider a registered-office change: a founder may need to understand what applies, collect inputs, coordinate professional work, follow the status, and later find the filing acknowledgement and updated record. The intended Startaflo experience would connect that whole event to the company instead of leaving the founder to reconstruct it.
The thesis is not that every company has the same requirements or that every step can become a button. It is that software can carry more of the context and make the human work far easier to follow.
Product direction
Build a company-specific view from entity type, stage, registrations, people, and operating context.
Surface recurring obligations and lifecycle events with enough context to explain what is required and why.
Bring inputs, ownership, dependencies, progress, and professional involvement into one visible flow.
Keep acknowledgements, certificates, contracts, resolutions, minutes, letters, and other records with the correct entity and event.
Maintain an organised history so the next filing, diligence request, bank process, or internal decision does not start from scattered evidence.
