Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ciphers Tech Labs LLP for use of this website. By accessing the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. The public forms and careers process are intended for adults. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

What this website provides

The website presents information about ciphers™, its point of view, careers, publications, and product experiments. We may update, correct, pause, or remove public material without notice.

Startaflo™ is a public-waitlist-stage experiment, not a publicly released product. Joining its waitlist does not create a customer or professional relationship, reserve pricing, or guarantee access, eligibility, features, outcomes, or a release date.

Permitted use

You may use the public website for lawful personal or internal business information. Reasonable search-engine indexing and citation of brief extracts with clear attribution are permitted.

You must not interfere with the website, bypass safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malicious code, use automated access that burdens the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use forms for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Forms, applications, and communications

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s personal, confidential, or proprietary information.

A contact submission permits us to respond to that inquiry. A confirmed waitlist request permits occasional relevant updates until you unsubscribe. A career application is governed by the Candidate Privacy Notice. Transactional acknowledgements may be sent when you use these forms.

Public-form submissions are not confidential unless we separately agree in writing. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated records, or highly sensitive information through a general contact form.

Intellectual property and trade marks

The website, its original design, copy, graphics, publications, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ciphers Tech Labs LLP and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms give you no ownership right or licence except the limited permission to use the public website as stated here.

ciphers™ and Startaflo™ are trade marks of Ciphers Tech Labs LLP. You may not use our names, logos, or brand elements in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or permission that has not been given. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

No professional or client relationship

Website content, a form response, a waitlist confirmation, or a research conversation does not by itself create a legal, tax, accounting, company-secretarial, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or customer relationship. Any future service will be subject to its own applicable agreement.

Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory forum available under applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with the website or these Terms.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the linked policies, are the entire agreement for use of this public website.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated Terms apply from that date.
