Ciphers Tech Labs LLP operates the ciphers™ website and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers the public website, contact forms, the Startaflo™ waitlist, careers, and authorised staff access.

A future product or service may have a separate privacy notice and terms before it becomes available. This website policy does not create those future terms.

Personal data we collect

Name, email address, company and role if provided, inquiry type, message, consent record, source page, and optional campaign attribution.

Startaflo waitlist

Name, email address, company if provided, consent and confirmation records, and unsubscribe status.

Career applications

Contact details, current city, professional links, cover note, résumé, role applied for, communications, and application status. The Candidate Privacy Notice provides additional hiring information.

Website and security data

Limited request, device, browser, and security information may be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse, and investigate faults. If you accept optional analytics, we also receive audience-measurement information described in the Cookie Policy.

Where the data comes from

Most personal data comes directly from you when you submit a form, confirm a waitlist request, apply for a role, communicate with us, or make a privacy request. Technical data is generated when a browser or device interacts with the website. Hiring data may also come from references or public professional sources where relevant, lawful, and appropriate.

Why we use personal data

Consent and your choices
